Return, Refund & Exchange Policy
Royal Challenge Cotton Export
1. Applicability
This Return, Refund & Exchange Policy (“Policy”) governs all purchases made through the official website, store, or authorized sales channels of Royal Challenge Cotton Export. By placing an order, the customer agrees to be bound by the terms set forth herein.
2. Eligibility for Returns
Returns shall be accepted only in cases where the product delivered is damaged, defective, or materially different from the item ordered. The customer must notify the company within 48 hours of delivery and provide valid photographic or video proof as evidence. Failure to notify within this timeframe shall render the order ineligible for return.
3. Condition of Returned Products
All returned merchandise must be unused, unwashed, unaltered, and in original condition, including tags, labels, invoices, and packaging. Products that do not meet these requirements shall not qualify for return, refund, or exchange.
4. Approval Requirement
No product shall be returned without prior written approval from Royal Challenge Cotton Export. Unauthorized returns may be rejected and returned to the sender at the sender’s expense.
5. Refund Policy
Refunds shall be granted only after the returned product is received and successfully passes quality inspection. If approved, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days. Shipping fees, handling charges, and payment gateway fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on the part of the company.
6. Exchange Policy
Product exchange requests shall be accepted only after three (3) days from the delivery date. Exchanges are subject to product availability and stock confirmation. Only one exchange request shall be permitted per order.
7. Non-Returnable Items
The following items shall not be eligible for return or exchange:
- Discounted or sale products
- Customized or personalized items
- Products damaged due to misuse, improper handling, or washing
- Items returned without original packaging or tags
8. Customer Responsibilities
Unless the return is due to an error by the company, the customer shall bear all shipping and handling costs associated with returning the product. The company shall not be responsible for items lost or damaged during return transit.
9. Right to Refuse
Royal Challenge Cotton Export reserves the sole and absolute right to refuse any return, refund, or exchange request that does not comply with this Policy or where fraudulent or abusive activity is suspected.
10. Policy Modifications
The company reserves the right to amend, modify, or update this Policy at any time without prior notice. Customers are advised to review this Policy periodically before making a purchase.
