1. Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after successful payment confirmation. Orders are not processed or shipped on Sundays or public holidays. In case of high order volume, processing may be delayed; customers will be notified accordingly.


2. Shipping Coverage

We currently ship across India. International shipping may be offered in the future and will be updated on our website once available.


3. Delivery Time

Estimated delivery timelines are as follows:


  • Metro Cities: 3–5 business days
  • Other Cities/Towns: 5–8 business days
    Delivery timelines are estimates and not guaranteed, as delays may occur due to courier issues, weather, public holidays, or unforeseen circumstances.



4. Shipping Charges

Shipping fees, if applicable, will be displayed at checkout before payment confirmation. Promotional free shipping offers may be provided from time to time at the company’s discretion.


5. Order Tracking

Once an order is shipped, customers will receive tracking details via SMS, email, or WhatsApp. Customers are responsible for monitoring shipment progress using the provided tracking link.


6. Delivery Attempts

Courier partners will attempt delivery as per their standard policies. If a delivery attempt fails due to incorrect address, unavailability, or refusal to accept the package, re-delivery charges may apply.


7. Address Accuracy

Customers must provide accurate and complete shipping information. Royal Challenge Cotton Export shall not be responsible for delays or losses caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.


8. Damaged or Missing Packages

If a package arrives damaged or appears tampered with, customers must refuse delivery or record an opening video and notify us within 48 hours of delivery with supporting proof. Claims submitted after this period may not be accepted.


9. Lost Shipments

If a shipment is confirmed lost by the courier service, we will initiate a replacement or refund after verification. Resolution timelines depend on courier investigation procedures.


10. Shipping Delays

Royal Challenge Cotton Export shall not be liable for shipping delays caused by courier companies, natural disasters, strikes, customs delays, or other circumstances beyond our control.
